We offer a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
Email us at support@emirluxefit.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and a shipping label.

Important:

• Returns without prior request will not be accepted
  
• Sale items & gift cards are non-returnable
  

Damaged or incorrect items?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Dhs 150. Orders below Dhs 150 are charged Dhs 20 shipping.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (may extend to 4–5 days during peak periods).

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days across the United Arab Emirates.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Issues with your order?
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it quickly.
