How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales events, processing may take 4–5 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the courier receives the package.
If there is no update for more than 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
Please check:
– Your mailbox and parcel lockers
– Neighbors, roommates, or building staff
– Around your property such as porch, hallway, or office reception
Carriers sometimes scan packages early. Allow 24–48 hours.
If the package still has not arrived, contact the courier and then email us.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

– The shipping label

Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee modifications.

I entered the wrong address. Can it be updated?

We can update the address only if the order has not begun processing.

What if my package gets lost?
